The hardest lift of all is lifting your butt off the couch. Every big change starts from small little step. The first step to improve our fitness is starting to lift our butt off the couch. Nowadays, more and more people are living sedentary life style. Our body has been inactive almost entire day. This will do no good for our health. So, the first little thing we need to start is to lift our butt off our chairs and keep moving our body either stretching, walking leisurely, jogging, or even doing some housework will certainly benefits us in long run.
